Usage limits and how they are measured.

Storedash's pricing plans are based on three main usage metrics: Orders, Emails, and Views. Each plan has specific limits for these metrics, and it's important to understand how they are measured to choose the right plan for your travel agency.

Orders

Every time a customer places an order through the Storedash platform, it counts toward your monthly total. This includes all completed purchases, regardless of order value.

Emails

Each email successfully sent to a customer counts as one delivery. This includes order confirmations, group messages, payment reminders, and any other emails sent through Storedash.

Views

Every time someone visits any page on your public-facing portal, it counts as one view. This helps us understand your workspace traffic and ensure you have the resources to handle your visitors.

What happens when I exceed the usage limits?

Your Storedash subscription includes a set amount of usage each month, based on the plan you choose. If you go over these included amounts, you'll simply pay a small fee for each additional use.

No Surprises

We show you a real-time dashboard of your current usage, so you always know where you stand. If you're approaching your included limits, we'll notify you so you're never caught off guard.
