Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: June 25, 2026
Storedash respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any data we may have received when you signed in or connected your account using Facebook Login.
What data this covers
When you use Storedash or connect a Facebook account, we may process information such as your name, email address, profile information, and data related to the stores and integrations you have connected. A data deletion request will remove the personal data associated with your account, subject to the limited exceptions described below.
How to request deletion of your data
To request that we delete your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Storedash account.
- Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- In the body of the email, include the name and email address associated with your account (and, if applicable, the name of the store or Facebook account you connected) so we can locate your data.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing it, and we may contact you to confirm your identity.
What happens next
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation email when the deletion has been completed.
Please note that we may retain certain information where we are required to do so by law, or where we have a legitimate business reason (for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements). Any retained data will be limited to what is strictly necessary and will be protected accordingly. We may also retain anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be associated with you.
Deleting data connected through Facebook
If you connected your account to Storedash using Facebook Login, you can also remove Storedash’s access to your Facebook data at any time:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find Storedash in the list of connected apps and select Remove.
Removing the app on Facebook revokes our access to your Facebook data going forward. To also delete the personal data already stored by Storedash, please email us using the instructions above.
Deleting data connected through Google
If you connected Google Analytics or Google Ads to Storedash, you can remove Storedash’s access to your Google data at any time:
- Disconnect the integration in Storedash under Settings → Integrations.
- Or revoke Storedash’s access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
All stored Google user data for that integration is deleted upon disconnection. You may also request deletion by emailing us using the instructions above.
